we have started 2016 by unveiling a new website and market-leading mobile app. Both are being launched to coincide with a brand refresh for Andrews.
Our new website, which goes live today, is the first area of the Andrews group of businesses to showcase the new identity and it has been developed following extensive customer centred research.
It boasts larger, more impactful images to provide a better representation of the properties being marketed; prominent calls to action which enable potential tenants and buyers to arrange viewings; and useful property stats which allow visitors to see how popular a property is with other users. The new site is also both mobile and tablet friendly which, given 60% of traffic originates from these sources, was a major consideration and something specifically requested by customers.
Speaking on the launch of the new site Ronda Green, Marketing Director, said: “Andrews is regularly recognised for its market-leading use of technology and having invested in the process of thoroughly reviewing our brand, it made perfect sense for our website to be the first manifestation of this refresh.
“With over 1.1 million visits to our website each year, we have ensured that it is clear and easy to use with key areas such as the property search facility prominently featured.”
To complement and sit alongside the revamped website, Andrews is also launching a new mobile app which is intended simplifies the way people sell their properties. It features real-time on-screen notification of viewing requests; the ability for the user to instantly accept or reject offers; live updates on marketing performance and feedback; and full integration of appointments with the calendar on the user’s phone.
