My top tips for moving:
- If you have young children be mindful of the local schools and catchment areas. It can save you from some future stress.
- Decide if you want a house you can just move into or a project. The latter may sound exciting at first, the former is more practical.
- Try wherever possible to maintain good relations with your tenant/landlord. Will help if any issues arise
