Hannah joined Andrews in 2017 as Letting Manager of our Bishopston branch and is now Lettings Manager for the whole of the South West, covering Bristol, Bath, Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire.

My top tips for moving:
- Be open to reviewing all services that your agent has to offer, we really are looking at supporting your needs as a landlord - not all agents offer the same packages.
- As a lettings applicant, reach out and register with local agents as this will allow you to be notified of property before it becomes available on the portals.
- When choosing your agent, make sure that your agent is credible and part of all the relevant schemes.
