Angharad joined Andrews 2023 and has direct oversight of all residential lettings for our branch network.
She is also heavily involved in Propertymark, as Vice President of the organisation she mentors other letting agents for free through Agents Together.
Her top 3 tips for landlords when choosing an agent would be:
- Do your research, go with someone who knows the area and can demonstrate their legislative knowledge.
- How they engage with you before you meet them and before you sign the paperwork will be indicative of how they’ll be during the working relationship so pay attention to this
- Pay cheap, pay twice. Paying a good fee means your agent has money to invest in training, compliance and ultimately keeping you safe.
