Camden Road is well served by local transport links. It is possible to board the number six or seven bus to Bath's central bus station via Camden Road.
Bath bus station provides accessible travel across the city, as well as to Bristol and many more destinations further afield.
Bath Spa railway station, which is located next to the bus station, increases your travel options. For example, if you have to commute, Bath Spa provides a train to London Paddington that reaches its destination in around an hour and a half.
There is also fantastic access out to the M4 either via Larkhall or Landsdown.
The award winning King William pub on Thomas Street offers fantastic local British produce and a great wine selection. The Rising Sun is re-opening in December 2014 after a refurbishment and will offer a selection of real ales and traditional, home cooked food.
In nearby Larkhall Village – just 0.4 miles from Camden Road there is a great selection of traditional pubs, a deli and cafes, including The Larkhall Inn and The Rose & Crown, which boasts a popular new chef. Emma's Café, Ma Cuisine and Goodies Deli, which is celebrating 25 years of providing great food, are also excellent places to grab a quick bite of lunch.
In the city centre, the abundance of choices available is enough to whet any appetite. From top restaurants and cool cafes to stylish bars and the top high-street chains, there's something to cater for every taste and budget.

Parking is restricted to off-street and resident spaces. Many of the car parking spaces in and around Camden Road require a permit, which you can purchase from the local council. Fairfield Park and Larkhall which are areas slightly further east of the Camden Road do not require permits.
There are a variety of schools in and around Bath. The Primary School closest to Camden Road is St Saviour's CE Infant School. The School educates over 200 pupils and received a 'Good' rating in its latest OFSTED report. St. Stephen’s Primary school is also nearby and also received a ‘Good’ OFSTED report most recently.
